OUR SHIPPING POLICY
We know you want to get your hands on your new PlayAction Braid Products and start fishing as quickly as possible. We make every effort to process your order quickly so you can start putting more fish in the boat.
If you happen to need expedited shipping or special arrangements, we’d love to help make that happen. Please call our customer service team at (321) 735-4999 or email Sales@PlayActionBraid.com to place your order.
Please Note: All custom TEAZZZERS and HD Series will require additional processing time. Promotional shipping (e.g., free shipping) is only applied to orders shipped within the continental United States (does not apply to HI or AK).
CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES
PlayAction Braid Products uses UPS Ground service on all shipments within the contiguous United States unless otherwise noted or an expedited option is selected by the customer. Please allow 1–5 business days for processing and an additional 1–6 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and products ordered. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.
ALASKA AND HAWAII
All shipments to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped via UPS Ground and may incur an additional shipping charge based on weight or insured value of the package. If that happens, we’ll of course let you know the new shipping charge before processing your order.
Due to the distance, shipments will take a minimum 6 business days to arrive.
Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.

OUR RETURN POLICY
We put a lot of work into making the best fishing products available, and we want to be sure that you’re as happy with it as we are. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your PlayAction Braid Products purchase. Please contact our customer service department for a RA#. A minimum of 15% will be charged on all returns, plus any additional applicable repackaging charge may be assessed after inspection at the factory. Freight charges are non-refundable. No returns after 30 days. For products purchased directly from our authorized dealers, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.
Here are all the ins and outs of the PlayAction Braid Products return policy:
You can return your product(s) up to 30 days from the original purchase date. All merchandise must be unused/unworn and returned in the original packaging. You must contact customer service for a R.A. # and it must be posted on the outside of the box or it will be rejected. Return merchandise must be shipped back freight prepaid. Collect shipments will not be accepted. A refund of the merchandise will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days minus freight and any restocking fees.
Please contact the PlayAction Braid Products customer service team at (321) 735-4999 to set up your return. To avoid problems, please include a copy of your original receipt with the merchandise. This return policy only applies to products purchased directly from PlayAction Braid Products via phone, showroom or website.
